Public context: Century Complete branding on affordable / online-homebuying lots is still a Century Communities product line — match Century Communities Construction of Arizona LLC (#331328) or the exact GC on your purchase/warranty packet. Late-phase inventory is where buyers most often skip independent inspections.

This is a curated research snapshot of actively marketed and reported Arizona new-home communities, not a complete inventory of every subdivision. Builder assignments, pricing, and lot counts change weekly. Amenity distances are approximate driving estimates from public map data — confirm with local emergency services, your realtor, and builder site maps. Home counts labeled “planned” or “entitled” are not guarantees of final buildout. Multi-builder masterplans (Teravalis/Floreo, Mandarina, Magma Ranch Vistas, Rocking K, Upper Canyon, Amarillo Creek, North Creek, Harvest, Jorde Farms, Legacy Place, Arroyo Seco, Saddleback, Aloravita, Northpointe, Copper Falls, Estrella/Ventana de Estrellas / CantaMia, Rancho Del Lago, Gladden Farms, Saguaro Bloom, Saguaro Reserve / Dove Mountain, Mirador / Mirador Point, Avalon Crossing, Citrus Park, Blossom Rock, Madera, Asante, Verrado Regent Hills / Victory, Sterling Grove, Fulton Prasada, North Copper Canyon, Marley Park / Homestead, Zanjero Trails / Windrose, Mason Ranch, El Cidro, Silva Farms, Frontera / Mesquite Mountain Ranch, Palomino Ranch, Alamar, etc.) share amenities — not warranty desks or ROC license files. Century Complete / Richmond American / Starlight / KB Home / Homes by Towne brand pages are not substitute ROC entities — match the GC on your packet (Phoenix vs Tucson KB entities can differ; HBT project LLCs are not automatic ROC substitutes for #179975). Lennar multi-collection masterplans (e.g. Western Garden, Madera, Teravalis Premier / Summit, Saddleback Discovery / Horizon / Destiny, Ventana Ranch, Hawes Crossing) still use one Arizona GC file per packet match, but each closing keeps its own close/occupancy calendar.
